Analysis of SEM Images with Artificial Intelligence Methods

Today, the quality of Nanotechnology and Nanoscience working with Artificial Intelligence is increasing day by day. Gains importance materials science effectively. Examination SEM Images Methods represents a multidisciplinary field. In forming data used in experimental part, 22,000 are publicly available. It known that CNR-IOM's TASC laboratory Trieste was obtained as result 5 years work 100 scientists ZEISS SUPRA 40 resolution device. After examining resolution, image size one for selection prototype created study, feature considered quality. creation this data, after manually selected arranged nano micro dimensions; A total 1000 were 10 sets. Then, artificial intelligence training carried out using CNN classification technique study unsupervised learning method through machine learning. The approach here enables application new methods tools adjusting to develop suitable parameters solve specific properties nanomaterials can be applied wide variety nanoscience use cases. Using it create library may pave way future studies field nanotechnology.
